Q: How long will it take for my items to ship?
A: Our products are made to order and handcrafted in small batches to ensure they are fresh and of the highest quality. Orders will ship approximately 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Please feel free to send us an email if you need a rush order! We will do our best to accommodate special needs.
Q: Do you offer a pickup option for local customers?

Q: In what order should I use my skincare products to achieve the best results?

Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
A: We encourage customers to use our products soon after receiving them. Our skincare products should stay fresh for six to twelve months from the date of purchase if stored and handled with care. Because our products are made from natural ingredients with minimal ECOCERT-approved preservatives used, we recommend buying fresh and not stocking them up for use at a later time.
Q: Are your products safe during pregnancy and nursing?
A: Most of our products are made with pregnant and nursing mamas in mind. We do not use ingredients that are known to be harmful to expecting mothers and their babies. When we use essential oils in our products, they are diluted to safe levels of use during pregnancy, as well as for babies at any age. However, encourage you to use your best judgment and consult your midwife or your primary care provider if you have a suspected allergy or have a particular question regarding our ingredients.
Q: Are Ambersea products vegan?
A: Our products are mostly vegan, and only a few have added organic beeswax and honey, such as Baby Balm and Enzyme Face Mask. Please refer to the full ingredient list when looking for vegan options.
Q: Are your products GMO-free?
A: Yes. All of our ingredients that are not wild-harvested or grown on our herb farm are non-GMO ingredients.
Q: Do you offer samples?
A: At this time, we are not offering samples. We work very hard to create skincare products that our customers will be 100% satisfied with. However, if you are not pleased with an item, please let us know! We will do our best to find a resolution.
Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?
A: We are committed to offering our customers fair price points and providing consumers with the freshest and highest quality products available. At this time, we work with a limited and very select group of stockists (usually small-batch skincare and esthetician studios) that have promised to help us preserve the integrity of our products. If you are interested in applying to become a stockist please reach out to us by email.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Under reasonable circumstances, we may offer a shop credit, or exchange if you are not pleased with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. We love our customers and will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase! If for some reason you are not happy with your order or have any questions, please get in touch.

Q: Is there any special care needed for natural skincare products?
A: Our products are free of artificial + harmful preservatives, which means there are a few important guidelines we recommend following when using our small-batch natural skincare products -
* Use clean, DRY hands to scoop creams, butters or balms out of a jar.
* It is best to store products in a cool, dry place. Keep products out of the heat and bright light.
* Always keep moisture out of containers to avoid bacterial growth.
* Keep products out of your eyes and read ingredients carefully if you have allergies.
*Although these products are made with natural ingredients, it is always wise to use care when trying a new skincare product. Test on a small area of skin; if irritation develops, discontinue use.
* Please take note of our “best if used by” date on each individual product.
Q: Do you offer drop shipping if I want to purchase something as a gift and have it shipped directly to their address?
A: Absolutely! Please leave us a note so we know to leave the invoice out + if there is any special note you want us to include for you.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes! Please note that International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may occur.
